Please be advised that when a journeyman works out of the area of DC #30, which means in the jurisdiction of another District Council, he or she must be paid the higher of the two total packages (wages and benefits). This differential amount between the two District Council’s total packages must be paid as an increased hourly wage rate on the journeyman’s check. Certainly if the higher of the total package is DC #30’s package, you need to do nothing.
